The trust paradox is compelling: people lean on AI heavily even when they’re cautious about it.
The foundation matters more than ever. If your CI/CD, testing, and platform layers are shaky, AI might break things faster.
The archetypes are a strategic tool. You can self-diagnose where your team fits and plan targeted fixes accordingly.
